You will manage the ServiceNow platform, ensuring overall system health and resolving enterprise-level issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ServiceNow platform and monitor its health to resolve enterprise-level issues.
• Integrate ServiceNow with various internal applications and services.
• Execute platform upgrades, migrations, and production support for new versions, including NowMobile.
• Configure and maintain platform features to meet business requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• ServiceNow platform administration and configuration.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and migrations.
• AWS Cloud DevOps expertise.
• Hands-on experience with AWS EC2 and S3.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.
• Ability to integrate ServiceNow with external applications.
• Any Graduate degree.
