Description

You will manage and support the operations of a large-scale ServiceNow implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain foundational data sources including Users, CIs, and Locations.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and collaborate with development teams to implement fixes.
• Design governance and administration standards for multiple product teams.
• Write knowledge articles and identify support tasks to transition to the Service Desk.
• Adhere to established change and release policies and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow technical experience.
• 7+ years of technology administration experience.
• Ability to script within the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Curiosity regarding multiple applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Any Graduate degree.
