Description

You will manage the ServiceNow release pipeline, coordinating development work from on-shore, near-shore, and off-shore teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the publishing of development work for multiple developers working on the same application.
• Identify and remediate code conflicts during the release process.
• Manage application publishing workflows within an Agile environment.
• Handle concurrent development streams from distributed teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Administration or related release coordination.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Studio.
• Proficiency with source control and GitHub.
• Proven ability to manage application publishing workflows.
• Experience handling concurrent development streams from distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Administration certification.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and story sprints.
