Description

You will administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and efficient IT service delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer users, roles, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and groups.
• Configure advanced UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.
• Manage workflows using Flow Designer and support Service Catalog functionality.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and release testing.
• Troubleshoot performance and integration issues, including managing MID Server basics.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of ServiceNow administration experience.
• Strong understanding of Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Familiarity with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) fundamentals and CSDM awareness.
• Experience with Service Catalog and Request Fulfillment.
• Basic knowledge of REST API.
• Working knowledge of ITIL v4 principles.
• Experience supporting ITSM and CMDB processes.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
