Description

Manage and configure the ServiceNow platform and IT Service Management applications. Own the release pipeline, implement customizations, and support operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform and ITSM applications.
• Develop and manage service catalogs, workflows, and user interface actions.
• Implement platform customizations to meet specific operational needs.
• Support change management and standard operational support processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience administering and maintaining ServiceNow or comparable ITSM applications.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow service catalog, workflows, and UI actions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Understanding of change management and operational support processes.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• 1 year of experience working within a healthcare or hospital environment.
