Responsibilities

• Administer the ServiceNow platform to maintain system health and availability.
• Manage tool integrations and monitoring workflows.
• Provide technical support for platform-related issues and user requests.
• Oversee monitoring using SolarWinds and Snow.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform management.
• Proficiency with SolarWinds monitoring tools.
• Experience using Snow.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
