Build custom AI workflows and automation solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom AI workflows using LLMs and Now Assist Skill Kit.
• Script ServiceNow logic using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
• Create and configure custom service catalog items and automate workflows.
• Design AI-driven automation for ITSM modules including Incident and Change management.
• Craft effective prompts for generative AI and structure data inputs for AI models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and implementation.
• Expertise in JavaScript and Glide API core scripting.
• Experience building custom AI workflows with LLMs and generative AI.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM modules and ITIL framework.
• Proficiency in Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Familiarity with Agile software development environments.
• Ability to design configurable solutions following architecture best practices.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certification.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and mentoring technical teams.
