Description

You will design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop AI and ML-driven solutions within ServiceNow.
• Leverage Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and NLU models.
• Build intelligent automation to enhance user experience and support data-driven decisions.
• Develop and integrate custom AI/ML solutions using REST/SOAP APIs and external services.
• Monitor AI model performance and continuously fine-tune models for accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing AI and ML solutions on ServiceNow.
• Strong expertise in Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and NLU frameworks.
• Experience integrating external AI/ML services using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow data models, workflows, and automation capabilities.
• Experience with ServiceNow AI, AI/ML, and ServiceNow ITSM.
• Ability to collaborate closely with architects and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Good communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to stakeholders.
