Job Description:              

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience.
• ServiceNow AI hands-on engineer/specialist with experience implementing Now Assist Agentic use cases, with a focus on MCP and A2A architectures integrated with platforms such as Copilot.
• Support several experimentations, and the outcomes of this work will help inform our agentic roadmap for the Digital Front Door (DFD) initiative
