✅ Strong hands-on ServiceNow development across ITSM & ITOM
✅ Expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Event Management & AIOps
✅ Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, REST APIs, Integrations, Workflows & Flow Designer
✅ Drive automation, predictive insights, intelligent routing & self-service
✅ Strong understanding of ITIL, Incident, Change, Problem & Knowledge Management
✅ Collaborate with business, architecture, operations & engineering teams
✅ Ensure security, governance, performance & ServiceNow development standards
