Description

You will design and implement ServiceNow AIOps solutions, owning the full lifecycle from architecture design to automated remediation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure ServiceNow AIOps components, including Event Management, Health Log Analytics (HLA) Agent collectors, and ML-based anomaly detection.
• Integrate external monitoring tools into ServiceNow using OOTB connectors, REST APIs, and SNMP traps.
• Design AIOps architecture, data flows, dashboards, and service health models to reduce noise and improve visibility.
• Build automated remediation workflows and orchestration packs using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and ITSM teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and conduct client workshops.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow AIOps, ITOM, and ITSM processes.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) and Flow Designer.
• Hands-on experience with REST API integrations and SNMP trap configurations.
• Working knowledge of Python, Shell, or PowerShell for automation and scripting.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience designing correlation logic, alert rules, and service impact models.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS-ITOM, CIS-Discovery, or CIS-Event Management.
