Description

Provide operational support for AIOps capabilities within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on data ingestion, correlation, and noise reduction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot data ingestion pipelines from monitoring tools including Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and DataDog.
• Maintain and enhance correlation rules, anomaly detection policies, and alert suppression logic.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive continuous improvement in noise reduction capabilities.
• Collaborate with platform engineers to configure and support automation workflows.
• Support upgrades, testing, and patching of AIOps applications and integrations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically in ITOM / AIOps modules.
• Hands-on experience with Event Management, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools including Splunk, DataDog, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Solarwinds.
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
• Scripting proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python for automation.
• Familiarity with AIOps concepts such as anomaly detection and correlation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
