You will serve as a functional consultant for ServiceNow processes, focusing on configuration and workflow optimization rather than technical development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow Knowledge Base (KB) to ensure data accuracy and usability.
• Utilize ServiceNow and ITSM Connect to support and streamline business workflows.
• Perform data analytics to identify trends and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate information management using Microsoft SharePoint and the Office Suite.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of professional experience in a functional analyst or consultant role.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and functional configuration.
• Proficiency in ITSM Connect for workflow integration.
• Proven experience with Knowledge Base (KB) management and content governance.
• Strong data analytics skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working within Microsoft SharePoint for document and information management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
