Description

You will analyze data processing problems to implement and improve ITSM platforms, specifically ServiceNow.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and procedures to automate or improve existing systems.
• Review ITSM platform capabilities to enhance delivery quality, speed, and repeatability.
• Implement improvements using ITIL framework tools and ServiceNow technology.
• Analyze science, engineering, or business data processing problems.
• Travel to unanticipated client sites throughout the USA as project requirements dictate.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience using ServiceNow.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL framework tools.
• Experience with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computers, IT, Engineering, Math, Science, Business, or a related field with 5 years of progressive experience.
• Master's degree in Computers, IT, Engineering, Math, Science, Business, or a related field with 6 months of experience.
• Ability to analyze complex data processing problems.
• Willingness to relocate or travel to client sites within the USA.
