Description

You will lead requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation for ServiceNow platforms. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate needs into ServiceNow-ready user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate design sessions with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities.
• Track project milestones and ensure adherence to governance standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
• Module expertise in ITIL/ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow implementation frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to create detailed workflows and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in project tracking and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or equivalent).
• Prior experience in short-term transformation projects.
