Description

Manage and mature Asset and CMDB governance programs within a complex IT organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and support Asset/CMDB governance programs to strengthen data maturity.
• Drive SACM process adherence using data-driven methodologies.
• Utilize KPIs to identify problems, track trends, and drive organizational behavior.
• Manage large data repositories and multi-source environments.
• Document processes and report on configuration data accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Deep understanding of ITIL Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
• Proven track record in CMDB and Asset Management.
• 3+ years of experience with CSDM (Common Service Data Model).
• 3+ years of experience with inventory discovery and infrastructure management tools (ServiceNow Discovery or OEM applications).
• 3+ years of experience driving SACM process adherence.
• Understanding of the ServiceNow Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and its rule structures.
• Experience with Data Governance and managing multi-source environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL V4 certification.
• ServiceNow Multi-Source CMDB/CMDB 360 experience.
• Experience with Cloud solutions (Azure, Google, Oracle, or IBM).
