Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering and story creation.
• ITIL v3 Foundations Certification.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification.
• Hands-on platform development experience.
• Strong communication skills.
