Description

You will own asset management data and process development within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate disparate spreadsheets into a centralized ServiceNow asset management system.
• Build and implement standardized processes for tracking organizational data assets.
• Migrate and integrate existing Excel data into ServiceNow modules.
• Collaborate with technical and business-facing departments to ensure data accuracy.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in an analyst or technical role.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically Asset Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience managing and tracking hardware assets, such as radio components, headsets, or antennas.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to build workflows and understand how ServiceNow modules integrate.

Preferred Skills

• Background in ServiceNow help desk or customer service environments.
