Description

Design and implement reporting analytics, research, and data insight solutions for the Change and Release Management team using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design features and workflows for change, release, major incidents, or problem management.
• Develop use case scripts for user acceptance testing and participate in validations.
• Document reporting solutions and maintain all relevant technical documentation.
• Support the design and implementation of integrations for automated reporting.
• Develop, document, and test required integrations with the CMDB and Major Incident management.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics reporting administration.
• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer or admin.
• 3+ years of ITSM process management experience.
• ServiceNow Performance Analytics Admin certification.
• Tableau reporting experience.
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification or higher.
• Wide-ranging experience working with the ITIL framework (v3 or v4).
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF).
• 2+ years of ITBM process design and ServiceNow integrations experience.
