Description

You will design, develop, and implement applications within the ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure applications to meet specific business processes and application requirements.
• Develop custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow development tools.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for APM testing and live application deployments.
• Create reporting and dashboards to analyze application performance metrics.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation.
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules and their integration across the platform.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Application Portfolio Management (APM).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent graduate degree.
