Description

You will develop and administer ServiceNow platform configurations for large-scale engagements, owning the technical delivery of ITSM, CSM, Discovery, and ITAM modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, Discovery, and ITAM.
• Develop custom applications and extensions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage platform administration and provide technical troubleshooting for large implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and platform architects on configuration and architecture discussions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total experience in the IT industry.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform development and administration experience.
• Deep technical knowledge of ITSM and HRSD modules.
• Hands-on experience with CSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Proven track record of developing custom applications within ServiceNow.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery.
• Ability to engage in technical architecture and configuration discussions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status in Computer Science or related field.
