Description

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC modules to meet solution requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure solution UI, including Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog, and Portals.
• Configure workflows using Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Flows, Workflows, Notifications, Mail Scripts, and Events.
• Manage Users, Roles, Groups, and ACLs, and create, manage, and deploy Update Sets.
• Build system integrations using Integration Hub and REST API, and execute functional component testing on GRC workflows.
• Create technical solution documentation and provide ongoing production and end-user support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as a ServiceNow Application Developer, including 3+ years as a Certified ServiceNow Application Developer.
• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript and related technologies, including AJAX, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong proficiency in Glide Record queries, scripting, and implementing REST APIs.
• Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and Compliance (GRC).
• Experience building integrations with ServiceNow Integration Hub and using REST API.
• 4+ years of experience in Agile practices within an enterprise environment.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data imports into GRC application tables.
• Participation in deployment planning and adherence to software compliance standards.
