Description

You will design, develop, and deploy applications on the ServiceNow platform to automate IT service management processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical solutions by translating business requirements into ServiceNow applications.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, Discovery, and ITAM.
• Develop custom applications and automate workflows across the platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and platform architects on configurations and troubleshooting.
• Manage platform administration for large-scale engagements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total experience in the IT industry.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform development and administration experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Experience building and customizing custom applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery.
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices and ITSM processes.
