Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications across ITSM, CSM, and CMDB domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Workflows, and Flow Designer solutions.
• Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and Requested Items.
• Create REST API integrations, data imports, and transformation maps.
• Manage ServiceNow Discovery and ensure accurate CMDB population and maintenance.
• Configure portal experiences using AngularJS and manage user roles and access controls.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, and CMDB modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and REST API integrations.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow Administration, security, and governance.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Knowledge of SAFe methodologies.
