Description

You will configure and administer Archer systems while supporting ServiceNow implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure Archer systems based on specific project requirements.
• Apply administrative knowledge within the Archer platform to maintain system integrity.
• Collaborate on ServiceNow implementation tasks.
• Achieve CSA or CAD certification within 90 days.
• Obtain ServiceNow Implementation certification.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Archer configuration experience.
• Proven administrative skills within the Archer platform.
• Exposure to ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of CSA or CAD frameworks.
