Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications across the full software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-level architecture and component interactions for large-scale software systems.
• Direct technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms.
• Lead technical design and implementation to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Guide team members on task determination, unit testing, and post-implementation support.
• Translate user requirements into detailed specifications and Agile User Stories.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional experience in software development.
• 7+ years of experience developing and delivering applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• 7+ years of experience leading technical design and implementation for ServiceNow projects.
• 4+ years of experience developing custom applications using App Engine Studio or ServiceNow Studio IDE.
• 4+ years of experience in requirements gathering, conducting workshops, and documenting future state processes.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
