Description

You will design and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.

You will own the overall architecture for ServiceNow implementations, creating workflows, integrations, and custom applications. You will design integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, produce technical documentation, and optimize instance performance. You will also mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall architecture for ServiceNow implementations.
• Create technical solutions including workflows, integrations, and custom applications.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Produce technical documentation, including process flows and design documents.
• Monitor and optimize ServiceNow instance performance while mentoring junior team members.

Required Skills

• 10 to 15 years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and ITIL processes.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications and systems.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical architecture and diagrams.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
