Description

You will lead the design and implementation of the ServiceNow CSDM framework and CMDB.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the ServiceNow CSDM framework to align with organizational objectives.
• Configure and customize the CMDB to accurately represent configuration items and their relationships.
• Develop data governance processes to maintain the integrity and quality of CSDM and CMDB data.
• Define CI classes, attributes, and relationships following industry best practices.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and remediate data discrepancies within the CMDB.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of professional experience.
• Deep expertise in the CSDM framework.
• Extensive experience managing and configuring CMDB.
• Proven ability to implement CI classes and relationship mapping.
• Experience performing data audits and remediation.
• Ability to integrate CSDM and CMDB with other ServiceNow modules.
• Any graduate degree.
