Lead ServiceNow CSDM and CMDB implementations for complex business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow CSDM and CMDB frameworks.
• Execute complex ServiceNow configurations to meet business needs.
• Manage data modeling processes within the ServiceNow platform.
• Solve technical problems related to data structure and platform integration.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow environments.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow CSDM.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Data Modeling.
• CSA certification.
• ITIL certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
