You will lead technical implementations and architectural design within the ServiceNow ecosystem for diverse client environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across core platform modules.
• Design and configure technical solutions for ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM workstreams.
• Drive architectural standards and best practices for platform delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional platform solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation.
• Deep expertise with ITSM modules.
• Proven experience configuring ITOM modules.
• Hands-on knowledge of ITAM, SAM, and HAM modules.
• Active ServiceNow certifications.
• Proven track record working for a ServiceNow partner.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
