Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow system architectures to meet business requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement system architectures, overseeing the integration of ServiceNow modules.
• Provide technical guidance to the development team to ensure successful deployment of solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system designs.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Monitor system performance, conduct architecture audits, and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of experience in System Architecture and System Design.
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITSA, ITOM, GRC, HRSD, and ITAM.
• Expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining documentation for system designs, configurations, and processes.
