You will design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom ServiceNow applications and complex integrations.
• Install and maintain ServiceNow applications using Source Code Management via Application Studio.
• Plan, solution, develop, and test working products within a development team.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP.
• Apply Agile development techniques and DevOps delivery models to the software lifecycle.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist designation.
• 5+ years of experience operating as a ServiceNow Architect.
• 12+ years of experience as a software programmer.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML5, C#, and SQL.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and IT Service Delivery.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience with portal development.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and Agile development processes.
• Familiarity with systems used in Underwriting, Claims, Risk Management, Customer Service, Finance, or HR.
