Description

You will design and implement complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform, spanning ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee the implementation of complex ServiceNow features.
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
• Develop integrations connecting ServiceNow with third-party systems.
• Build custom functionality using JavaScript, Glide, REST API, Workflow, and Business Rules.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of experience in ITSM and ServiceNow.
• Active CIS Certification.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow Architecture and Implementation (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM).
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide, REST API, Workflow, and Business Rules.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies.
