Description

Own the ServiceNow platform architecture and governance for enterprise-scale implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the overall ServiceNow solution architecture.
• Lead multiple enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Design end-to-end architecture across Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, HAM, and SAM.
• Create high-level and detailed architecture and design documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and governance to offshore delivery teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Discovery, CMDB, ITOM, HAM, and SAM.
• Proven delivery of multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong architecture and solution design background.
• Extensive experience with architecture diagrams and documentation.
• ServiceNow Architect-level certifications.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Direct engagement experience with executive leadership.
