Description

Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise solutions on ServiceNow, ensuring scalable and secure implementations aligned with business goals.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and platform strategy.
• Lead solution design across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and roadmaps.
• Guide development teams by reviewing integrations, data models, and workflows.
• Ensure performance, security, governance, and platform standards are met.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in ServiceNow architecture or lead roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with core modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Proficiency with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
• Experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP.
• Knowledge of SSO, LDAP, and Azure AD configurations.
• Ability to support presales activities and technical POCs.
• Strong stakeholder communication and solution documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow deployments.
• Background in presales or client-facing technical roles.
