Define ServiceNow platform architecture, roadmaps, and design guidelines for enterprise-scale solutions. Map business requirements to standard ServiceNow capabilities while minimizing customization. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Provide technical leadership and oversight to development teams. Ensure platform scalability, security, compliance, and governance. Support Agile delivery through solution design and technical backlog refinement.

Responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow platform architecture standards and design guidelines.
• Architect enterprise-scale solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Map business requirements to standard ServiceNow capabilities to minimize customization.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight to development teams.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, compliance, and governance.

Required Skills

• Minimum 15 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 10 years of ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation experience.
• Experience with ITOM and Telecom Service Management.
• Experience with Order Management and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of TM Forum architectural principles.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and governance.
• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, REST/SOAP web services, XML, and JSON.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).

Preferred Skills
