Define ServiceNow platform architecture, roadmaps, and design guidelines for enterprise-scale solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define platform architecture standards and design guidelines for enterprise-scale solutions.
• Map business requirements to standard ServiceNow capabilities to minimize customization.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight to development teams.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, compliance, and governance.
• Support Agile delivery through solution design and technical backlog refinement.

Required Skills

• 15+ years overall IT experience, including 10+ years in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• 5+ years experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, REST/SOAP web services, XML, and JSON.
• Experience with ITOM, Telecom Service Management, Order Management, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of TM Forum architectural principles.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and governance.
• Ability to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
