Design and oversee architectural solutions across single or multiple ServiceNow domains.

Responsibilities

• Create design documents and validate test plans with client SMEs.
• Define technical strategy, identify dependencies, and sequence task implementation.
• Develop cross-domain integration designs and establish new architectural conventions.
• Collaborate with business analysts to determine scope and high-level solutions.
• Deliver consulting services to install, configure, and integrate ServiceNow products.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering or architecture.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow installation, configuration, and integration.
• Proven ability to develop custom software solutions via scripting.
• Experience configuring custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs.
• Skill in setting up and configuring customized probes, sensors, and patterns.
• Ability to perform application mapping and impact analysis for what-if scenarios.
• Experience preparing technical documentation as specified in customer agreements.
• Capability to conduct workshops to articulate solution value to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and migration strategies.
