Description

You will design, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business requirements.

Responsible for developing clean, maintainable code and customizing the platform using Glide API expertise. You will configure Flow Designer and implement custom script steps within flows and sub-flows. Perform code reviews, quality control checks, and debugging to ensure system efficiency. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using XML and HTML web technologies. Manage ITSM service catalog configuration and document all application functionality. Execute test cases to validate software quality and technical stability.

• Proven ability to manage ITSM service catalog configurations.
• Experience with API integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
