Description

You will own the technical direction and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow architecture development, enhancements, and implementations.
• Translate stakeholder business needs into technical solutions aligned with ServiceNow capabilities.
• Develop roadmaps and recommend new technologies to enhance ServiceNow leverage.
• Ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards, are on time, and deliver value.
• Lead optimization efforts for ServiceNow performance through monitoring and tuning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• 5+ years as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.
• 5+ years leading ServiceNow development teams.
• Expertise in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Proficiency with ITSM, ITOM, SAM, CSM, SPM, and HAM.
• Knowledge of Discovery and Service Mapping within ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Must hold ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and CSA certifications.
• Must hold at least two ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
