Description

You will architect, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs across multiple business units.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage data structures, including tables, fields, and relationships, ensuring scalability and data integrity.
• Design, develop, and implement business rules, workflows, UI policies, and client/server-side scripting to automate processes.
• Architect and implement Incident, Problem, and Change Management modules, including SLAs, escalations, and ITIL best practices.
• Design and maintain the Service Catalog, CMDB, and Knowledge Management modules to streamline fulfillment and information sharing.
• Integrate ServiceNow with internal and external applications using APIs and middleware, and support Jira administration and workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow architect or administrator in an enterprise IT environment.
• 5+ years of experience designing Incident, Problem, and Change Management modules in ServiceNow.
• 5+ years of experience creating, configuring, and administering Jira projects, including workflows, custom fields, and ServiceNow integrations.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, including tables, fields, forms, and workflows.
• Proficiency in Service ITSM and CMDB data modeling and governance.
