Description

You will lead the architectural design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to ensure scalability and adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow platform governance, development standards, and automation strategies.
• Drive integration strategies between ServiceNow, enterprise applications, cloud services, and third-party tools.
• Manage ServiceNow projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and testers, through successful deployments.
• Mentor ServiceNow developers, administrators, and junior architects while providing technical guidance.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and SecOps.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, and Flow Designer.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow APIs, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO), and third-party tool integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM best practices, and enterprise service management frameworks.
• Experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to perform ServiceNow instance health checks, security audits, and upgrade strategies.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting issues and optimizing workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience translating technical concepts into business language for executive leadership.
