Description

You will serve as the end-to-end Subject Matter Expert for ServiceNow implementations, bridging technical requirements with business processes in a Telco context.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical specifications and solutions by collaborating with process owners and domain architects to capture configuration data.
• Demonstrate ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities through targeted demos.
• Manage Discovery tool access and permissions with system managers to ensure accurate configuration capture.
• Monitor platform performance and identify issues across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Review CMDB data population and act as a partial owner of the configuration management database.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow in a large IT organization.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for large implementations involving 3+ modules.
• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, and ITOM modules.
• 2+ years of experience in CMDB modelling and onboarding strategy within ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (mandatory).
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP.
• Experience setting up multiple SSO configurations such as ADFS or third-party service providers.
• Experience integrating tools to federate data into the CMDB.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Telecom industry.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and ITIL v4 certifications.
• Fluency in Dutch or French.
