Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM solutions.
• Develop HRSD/ITSM workflows, approvals, and case management processes.
• Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Develop and review custom scripts to support business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
• Support implementation, testing, deployment, and production releases.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Experience Required:

• 8-15 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with HRSD and ITSM modules.
• Experience in workflow design, integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and automation is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
