Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture and design for ServiceNow ITSM, including reusable architecture patterns, solution design documents, architecture diagrams, integration designs, and data models.
• Architect and govern ServiceNow ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Major Incident, SLA/Operational Level Management) and drive continual improvement.
• Define CMDB architecture and governance, including CI lifecycle management, CMDB data quality initiatives, and Service Mapping and Discovery implementations aligned to CSDM.
• Design integration architecture between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, including API management and data synchronization strategies using REST APIs and SOAP web services.
• Establish platform governance: development and architecture standards, architecture/code reviews, upgrade and release management strategy, and licensing/subscription consumption planning.

Skills Required:

• 10-12 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in ServiceNow solution architecture and multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects.
• ServiceNow architecture and enterprise solution architecture for ITSM implementations.
• ITSM process architecture and governance, including CMDB and Discovery/Service Mapping design.
• Integration architecture using REST APIs and SOAP web services, including API/data synchronization patterns.
• Scalability, maintainability, and performance governance for enterprise-grade ServiceNow platforms.

Good to Have:

• Experience with ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, and ITAM modules.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CTA, ITSM Implementation Specialist, and CAD.
• ITIL 4 Managing Professional and TOGAF certification.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
