Description

You will lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions to meet strategic business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and translate business needs into technical ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and implement platform architectures, ensuring technical integrity through governance and change control.
• Lead solution architecture design and enhancement activities across enterprise-scale programs of work.
• Advise on the impact of design options regarding related programs and infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience in a delivery architect role, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow workflows (Flows), IntegrationHub, Workspaces, UI/UX Build, and NowAssist.
• Expertise in core objects including scripting, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, and catalog items.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML.
• Background in ITIL, Enterprise Service Management, Asset Management, Security Operations, and Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator qualification or recent proven system administration experience.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
• ServiceNow Application Developer certification.
