Description

Design, develop, and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems. This role owns the full integration lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build REST/SOAP API-based integrations using Integration Hub and MID Servers.
• Configure secure connections with OAuth, Basic Authentication, and certificates for systems like Azure AD and Workday.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation using Import/Export Sets and Instance Data Replication.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize workflows for Event Management, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
• Maintain detailed documentation of integration designs and ensure compliance with security standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow integration projects.
• Expertise in REST, SOAP, JSON, and API design.
• Hands-on experience with JDBC, Middleware, LDAP, and SSO.
• Strong background integrating ServiceNow with ERP, HRMS, and enterprise platforms (Workday, SAP, SCCM, Splunk).
• Proficient in Remote Tables, Remote Process, and data transformation logic.
• Solid understanding of security practices and authentication mechanisms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Service Mapping and Discovery integrations.
• Proven track record of optimizing integration efficiency and data integrity.
