Description

You will design and lead ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation across multiple modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, EA, IRM, ITAM, and SPM.
• Develop technical and architectural roadmaps for the ServiceNow platform.
• Oversee configuration, customization, integration, and overall platform quality.
• Establish platform governance and manage upgrade oversight.
• Mentor and lead technical teams while driving performance optimization.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in ITSM.
• Experience with ITOM.
• Knowledge of EA.
• Proficiency in IRM.
• Familiarity with ITAM.
• Experience with SPM.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture.
