Description

You will own the ServiceNow architecture for ITSM capabilities, including data models, workflow design, and configuration standards. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and review integration patterns between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and event flows.
• Establish governance for releases, performance, security, and operational controls across ServiceNow instances.
• Lead solution design for service operations using ITOM-aligned capabilities and operational visibility requirements.
• Define GenAI enablement approaches for service workflows, including use-case scoping, guardrails, and adoption planning.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow architecture and enterprise service management.
• Proven ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience, specifically ITSM-focused.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow configuration and workflow design with deep platform knowledge.
• Ability to address scalability, performance, and reliability considerations for enterprise deployments.
• Experience defining integration and testing approaches, including APIs, data flows, and release readiness.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Com., B.B.A., B.Des., B.E., BCA, M.Com., M.Tech., M.B.A., M.E., M.Sc., MCA).

Preferred Skills

• Direct ITSM solution experience and GenAI enablement experience in service workflows.
• Exposure to ITOM for operational visibility and service operations.
