Description

Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM solutions, including workflow architecture, integrations, and custom scripting.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM solutions.
• Develop HRSD/ITSM workflows, approvals, and case management processes.
• Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Develop and review custom scripts to support business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on ServiceNow architecture and best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with HRSD and ITSM modules.
• Expertise in workflow design, integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Knowledge of automation and cloud roles.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent degree.
